These resources have been designed for leaders across social care and others looking to understand more about Care Quality Commission (CQC) assurance.

The Health and Care Act 2022 gave the Care Quality Commission (CQC) new responsibility for assessing local authorities’ adult social care services. This collection of learning resources explores building a culture of relational and effective assurance, the role of assurance in improvement, and further Research in Practice resources to support you and your organisation.  

These resources have been designed for leaders across social care, however they may also be useful for frontline practitioners and others looking to understand more about CQC assurance.
