Making the most of reflective supervision: Workshop for practitioners
This interactive workshop will support practitioners to consider how to get the most out of one-to-one supervision. It will explore:
- The fundamentals of reflective supervision.
- Why the relationship between you and your practice supervisor in supervision is so important.
- The role of reflective supervision in addressing the emotional impact of practice.
- How issues of inclusion, diversity and power can be acknowledged and addressed in the supervisory relationship.
Attendees will need to complete a short individual reflective task prior to attending the workshop.
This event is designed for any practitioner who receives one-to-one supervision. The workshop will be of particular benefit to practitioners who are newly qualified or new in post.
